    Speaker Bio:

    Dr. Catherine Rossiter, is a Lecturer in Marketing and Marketing Research in Dun Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology, third level college. She has previously worked in marketing and public relations before pursuing a career in education. She has 15 years experience teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate level. Her PhD research focused on bringing psychology theory on nonverbal behaviour into services marketing theory, and combining these elements with physical theatre training, to create a front of house staff training framework for 5 star hotels in Ireland. In addition, Catherine is a volunteer with the Family, Advisory Committee Temple Street Childrens Hospital (FACTS) and is a keen tennis player in her spare time.
